1. Personal service

If you didn't find the design, color, or size you were looking for today, don't despair. We are constantly filling in on many of our styles, as well as getting new things in daily. The Web store only represents a small portion of the inventory we carry, so if you have a special need or request, please email customerservice@kempsshoesalon.com. We will be happy to research your request and get back to you promptly.

2. Special orders and Back orders

Most orders will be shipped out within 2 days of order.

If the item you requested is not in stock at the time of your order, we will send you an email stating the availability and expected delivery date. At that time, you may let us know if you would like to backorder the item, be informed when the item becomes available or cancel the order.

3. Return Policy

If an item isn't exactly what you hoped it would be, (as long as it was NOT marked down 50% or more) you may return it within 15 days of receipt for exchange, credit or refund. Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded. If you received free shipping ,and return your purchase, our original cost to ship the order will be deducted from your credit. Please contact customerservice@kempsshoesalon.com for a return authorization and instructions. All items must be unworn, unused and returned with the original tags and packaging. Items which are marked down 50% or more are FINAL SALES and will not be accepted for return for any reason..

Damaged or defective items purchased from us within the past year will be reviewed on an individual basis based on amount of wear and date of purchase. Repair or partial credit may be issued.

4. Taxes

Sales Tax of 7% must be charged on all items shipped in the state of Florida.

No Sales tax will be charged on items shipped outside the state of Florida.

5. Shipping

A flat $15.00 shipping charge on all orders.

All items will be shipped via UPS ground unless other arrangements are made over the phone.
